The vision is to recreate the 70s and 80s charm of old coffee shops, the cherished childhood spots many fondly remember, and seamlessly integrate them into a contemporary setting. The task is daunting given the spatial constraints of fitting a comfortable layout for 50-70 people while prioritizing kitchen efficiency and cost optimization. The challenge lies in making an old inspiration relevant today, ensuring that every detail, from layout to design elements, evokes the essence of those cherished childhood coffee shops. Additionally, the goal is to create a kitchen that allows chefs to work comfortably and efficiently, with equipment arranged under one hood and close to each other for a seamless workflow.

The solution was a meticulous blend of creativity and practicality. The design embraced curvilinear forms to ensure smooth flow and natural movement throughout the space. Custom-made furniture was crafted to fit perfectly within the angles and curves, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
