Creating Immersive Spaces for Modern Security Needs

Approach

HIK Vision, known for its cutting-edge security camera systems and solutions, aimed to transition from merely selling products to providing comprehensive solutions that address specific security challenges. When Daya partnered with HIK Vision, the primary goal was to create a customer experience center that could accommodate 80 people, embodying a futuristic theme to align with HIK Vision’s tech-driven identity. Our mission was to design an immersive user experience with a simple and minimalistic aesthetic.

To achieve this, Daya integrated a wide range of services, ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned and executed to meet HIK Vision’s high standards and futuristic vision.

Result

From design to construction, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals, Daya managed the entire project. The customer experience center was designed to showcase in real-time how HIK Vision’s products benefit governments, organizations, and individuals. The design featured clean lines, metallic decor, and the use of glass, acrylics, and chrome, creating a sleek, professional look that aligns with HIK Vision’s tech specialization.

Multifunctional spaces were created within limited areas, demonstrating principles of commercial interior design and strategic space planning. Alongside the HIK Vision team, we installed a Building Management System (BMS) to monitor energy usage, highlighting Daya's expertise in MEP engineering and technology integration.

To make this project one of the most technologically advanced we've undertaken, we integrated a 10-point user journey throughout the office. A smart control system was installed, allowing users to control the environment via HIK Vision’s app, enhancing the spatial user experience. Additionally, a lux level meter was implemented to adjust lighting based on natural sunlight, ensuring occupant comfort. This advanced technology integration underscored Daya's commitment to creating innovative and efficient spaces.
